Often our triggers reflect our deepest values so by tuning into our Automatic Negative Thoughts #ANTs and where they come from we can learn more about who we are.
As we understand our values we can then be more intentional about making decisions in favor of them.
And as we do this we become more cognitively aligned and life becomes more satisfying.
