Thank you Carolyn for so skillfully articulating in your new book Accountability@work how accountability is actually a dynamic between two parties that both play a key role in getting it right.
So often we blame the person who is accountable for completing the task when it is not delivered, when the issue may relate to the person asking for the task to be done.
As Carolyn says...
