There has been much said about the need to view #COVID19 with cognitive ambidexterity, i.e. empathy for the affected and infected whilst researching and realising the upside opportunity.
Less has been said however about the need to make 'concrete choices' about those #opportunities for the long term.
Many companies are suffering from short-termism, lacking vision for company life beyond the pandemic.
