The quote above is her response to my question about how her decades of research applies to us all during the pandemic.
"This is a more humble and vulnerable stance, that isn't maybe the way we have been in the past, but I think it is what works today" Amy said.
Amy qualified this by saying that in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world "we know as leaders whatever we say will be partly wrong".
"Acknowledging this is an invitation to others to bring their ideas, their concerns and questions forward and then to figure out how we are going to get through this together."
