"Small steps every day are better than great leaps never."
Not sure who said this originally but they are so right.
Too often we wait for all the stars to align, to develop the perfect solution, to time the market etc etc.
In so doing we put our faith in variables beyond our control and likely to never happen.
Small steps every day on the other hand is far more realistic, take far less effort, and is within our control.
Best of all small steps every day allow us to iterate and pivot as we move forward and get feedback from those around us.
Sir Dave Brailsford calls this approach the 'aggregation of marginal gains'. He took the British cycling team to heights they never imagined by guiding them to take small steps every day. To hear more from Dave see here
