"If you want to know what I really value look at my calendar and bank statements." Carolyn Taylor
How we spend our money and time, i.e. the 'wallet and watch test', never fails to reveal what we truly value. We may say we value things like good health, happiness and relationships but when the pressure is on at work do we prioritise time for these things, or do they get pushed to the bottom of the pile.

Every decision we make, especially about how we spend our time and money sends a powerful message to all about what really matters to us.
Culture management guru Carolyn Taylor recently launched a brilliant new podcast series addressing this topic and so many more. A must listen for all leaders and those that aspire to be one
