"Hardships have a way of making people come face-to-face with who they really."

"Hardships have a way of making people come face-to-face with who they really are and what they're capable of becoming." Jim Kouzes & Barry Posner, Ph.D.

Who is the greatest leader of all time?

Regardless of who comes to mind it is highly likely they were a leader during a time of great challenge.

Adversity is a catalyst for great leaders to step up.

The last two years have certainly provided ample adversity.

So where are all the great leaders stepping up?

For mine the great leadership examples over the last two years have been on a more local scale.

It's been the parents home schooling little kids while working remotely.

It's been small business owners responding to lockdowns by rethinking their business model to come out of restrictions stronger.

It's been charity leaders raising their voices for those in our community that are so often unheard.

It's been the individuals challenged by mental illness that has been magnified by the uncertainty of this pandemic.

There are great examples of leadership everywhere if you look.

Super inspiring.
