Everything gets better when we become more mindful, especially during times of uncertainty like right now with lockdowns.


Mindfulness helps us focus on:

๐Ÿ‘‰ how we can work together to rise the tide for all.


Mindfulness doesn't have to take lots of time.


As Dr Suzy Green shared you can use existing activities like brushing your teeth, cleaning the dishes, hanging out the washing, or walking the dog to develop your attention muscle.


Next time you do one of these activities be intentional about how you do it.


Focus your attention on the activity at hand for as long as you can.


If your brain drifts that's ok. Bring it back when you notice to the task at hand.


Research shows just 10 minutes of intentional focus a day has a meaningful impact on your wellbeing and has the added bonus of helping you perform better too.
