Everything gets better when we become more mindful, especially during times of uncertainty like right now with lockdowns.
Mindfulness helps us focus on:
👉 what is working
👉 what we can control
👉 what we can be grateful for
👉 what we can learn
👉 what we can teach
👉 how we can stay healthy
👉 how we show up to others
👉 how we can help those in greater need
👉 how we can serve those around us
👉 how we can work together to rise the tide for all.
Mindfulness doesn't have to take lots of time.
Next time you do one of these activities be intentional about how you do it.
Focus your attention on the activity at hand for as long as you can.
If your brain drifts that's ok. Bring it back when you notice to the task at hand.
