"Any intelligent fool can make things more complex, but it takes a touch of genius to move in the opposite direction." Albert Einstein
In a world that is getting more complex and ambiguous those who make it more simple will always stand out.

However, most of us don't like saying no. We worry...
👉 we'll upset someone OR
👉 we'll miss out on something OR
👉 we'll look incompetent OR
👉 we'll make the wrong decision.
This may be true but more often than not people would prefer a clear decision, even if they disagree, than no decision at all.
"CHOOSE - DECIDE - MOVE FORWARD" Carolyn Taylor suggests about making life more simple in her fabulous podcast series about leadership and culture. Check out episodes 103-106 here for more
Happy listening, reflecting and applying.
Good luck embracing your 'touch of genius' for a simpler life.
