RICH HIRST - CEO AND FOUNDER
Rich is a high performance psychologist and has partnered with well over 10000 leaders, 1000 CEOs and 100s of global thought leaders around the world over 20+ years to promote leadership and cultural transformation. He has a Masters of Organisational Psychology with post grad studies in Positive Psychology.
Rich’s career spans roles in Australia, NZ, the UK and across Asia as a human capital consultant with Mercer. He was also an in-house organisational development leader in the telco industry contributing to the award winning transformation of 3 Mobile's culture from start up to scale up. He then played a key role to integrate 3's culture with Vodafone's in Australia and India as part of the $4b merger between the two companies. Rich was a Director of the International CEO Forum, now owned by Gartner, for seven years.
Rich’s approach combines evidence based behavioural science research with practical insights about what works in the real world anchored in stories from the heart. His personal purpose is to help people be their better selves and bring out the best in others. With five kids this is quite a relevant life goal and he certainly gets plenty of opportunity to work towards it at home!
DANI MATTHEWS - CXO
Dani who emigrated from the UK to Australia in 2011 is an executive coach, digital brand expert, mum and elite age group athlete. Her career spans private local, a global multinational as well as being involved in start ups and founding her own company.
Dani was most recently, a Principal at Derwent working in Executive Search leading a ‘Senior Talent Centre of Excellence’ for job functions associated with cyber security, data analytics and risk.
Previously she worked at Gartner (the world’s largest research and advisory company) connecting, informing and enabling CEOs to create engaged and profitable workplaces. Prior to that she founded LaunchPad Media, a digital marketing agency that helped leaders, coaches and entrepreneurs authentically market their services online.
As the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Tenfold Australia Dani’s approach is based on deeply authentic relationships, extreme curiosity and a drive to make a difference and help others create a legacy.
She is an avid lover of learning whose personal purpose is to inspire others to insight and action (if right for them) by sharing their knowledge with others.
RICHARD (TRICKY) MABLESON - CSO
Tricky is an executive education specialist having supported the professional development of leaders across four c-level communities; Gartner's International CEO Forum, Melbourne Business School, the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership and CPA Australia. He is also an executive coach and passionate about continuing to evolve and improve his relationship management practice.
Tricky commenced his career working for BMW on their inaugural Graduate Management Training Scheme which took him across the UK and Germany. Following that he transitioned into the financial services sector with positions at Bank of Scotland which included the exciting role of financing luxury yachts!
As Chief Success Officer Tricky's role is to promote the success of all those participating in our Tenfold Australia Forums, with the aim of tenfolding the return on their company's investment.

Jan is the very definition of a progressive leader. He is currently leading 1500 people as the SVP & MD of Ecolab in A&NZ, one of the world's most admired companies and a key part of Bill Gates' portfolio.
He is a serial entrepreneur having co-founded three start-ups Mad Paws (a consumer marketplace dubbed as an Airbnb for pets), Flare HR (a fintech simplifying the choice and change of superannuation for employees) and Bite Sized Innovations (plant based technology creating a more sustainable future for food).
Previously Jan was MD at Hilti Australia where he was awarded AHRI's 'CEO of the Year Award' and Hilti was named 'Best of the Best' employer for 4 years in a row. Jan also serves on the advisory board for the University of Sydney Business School.
He holds a Global Executive MBA degree from the University of Sydney and a degree in Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is deeply passionate about high performance, health and happiness and is now proud to call himself an 'Aussie' having grown up in multiple European countries.

Meredith is one of Australia's most experienced business leaders. Her career has encompassed financial and other professional services, manufacturing, energy and mineral resources, logistics, leisure, airport, telecommunications and environment sectors.
Her executive career included a range of CEO roles. Meredith has chaired or been a Director of 20+ public and private companies. She is currently the Executive Chairman and a Mentor at international mentoring firm Merryck & Co.
Meredith has extensive experience in crisis management with major listed companies, involving multiple stakeholder interests, corporate restructuring, changes in executive leadership and board composition and the delivery of sustainable long-term outcomes.
She was a member of the Australian Delegation which negotiated the United Nations Convention on Climate Change. She also practises as a Psychotherapist and volunteers as a telephone crisis counsellor with Lifeline.
